Our Shipping Approach

Coopmate focuses on everyday casual women’s clothing.
To keep costs reasonable and ensure efficient delivery, orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners once they are processed.

This allows us to:

  • Ship orders as efficiently as possible
  • Reduce unnecessary handling delays
  • Offer fair pricing without extra retail markups

1. Shipping Fee

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Canada / UK / Australia 7–14 Business Days
Rest of World 10–15 Business Days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not the order date.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

If tracking does not update immediately, this is normal while the package enters the carrier’s system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer
  • Coopmate is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Customs policies vary by country, so delivery times may be affected beyond our control.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

  • 12-hour window: If you need to cancel or update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If there is an issue with your delivery, we’re here to help.

  • Damaged items: Please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery
  • Lost packages: If the carrier confirms that your package was lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost
