At Coopmate, we believe getting dressed should feel easy and comfortable.
If something doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help make returns simple and clear.

We accept returns on new, unworn, and unwashed items within 60 days of the delivery date.
You may choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit for future purchases.

Eligibility

Purchase Source
Only items purchased directly through coopmate.com are eligible for return.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.

Sets Bundles
Sets must be returned in full. Partial returns of bundled items are not eligible for a refund.

Original Payment Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. We cannot refund to alternate cards or accounts.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email service@coopmate.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Pack  Ship
Securely pack your item(s). Original packaging is not required, but items must be protected. Please remove or cover any old shipping labels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items without original tags (if applicable)
  • If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before starting a return.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • This applies regardless of our standard 60-day return policy.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

For international orders, please note:

Taxes and Duties
Customs duties or import taxes paid at delivery are not refundable through Coopmate, as they are charged by local authorities.

Currency and Conversion
All refunds are processed in USD. Differences due to currency exchange rates are not covered by Coopmate.

Refund Timeline

Bank Processing
After approval, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear after this period, please contact your payment provider directly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Fair Use Policy

Coopmate monitors return activity to prevent misuse.
We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse service in cases of excessive or suspicious return behavior.
